The perfect class to take before hitting the club, where you will blow away your friends with hot, powerful moves. Classes will include a foundational groove warm-up, followed by a combination guaranteed to make you sweat.

Allow the music to dictate your movements with moments of improvisation. Class will consist of a thorough warm up and stretch, followed by choreography combined with improvisation. Move with confidence, unleashing your inner Sasha Fierce. In heels, you will build strength and coordination with technique in hip-hop and commercial-jazz. Skills learned in heels will turn you into a superstar at your next special event.This empowering class is open to all genders. Class will consist of a thorough warm-up, followed by sensual choreography. Sneakers are acceptable, heels are encouraged.

High energy, sweat inducing, stamina building. Jazz will focus on traditional jazz technique, from floor progressions to combinations with elements of contemporary and hip-hop choreography. Artistic flair, inspired by the music or emotion, is encouraged to put individual style to classic technique. Classes will consist of a short warm up with new combinations every week. 

Feel the music. Interpret sounds and lyrics and translate them into body movement. Also known as commercial contemporary, classes will focus on modern contemporary with jazz technique. Classes will consist of a light warm-up, dynamic stretching, choreography with elements of improvisation.

Consisting of a series of movements related to dance with a focus on the awareness of the spine, breathing, core strength, and flexibility. This class is suitable for all levels and abilities. Bringing your own mat is encouraged, but mats are available in-studio.

Exercises will focus on coordination, flexibility, posture, body awareness and cardiovascular strengthening. Classes will consist of a light warm up followed by high-paced, dynamic movements. Want to sweat? This high-tempo, hair whipping class will get your heart rate up and focus on cardiovascular strengthening as you bounce to easy-to-follow music. All egos are checked at the door, no judgements are made in this space as you can truly express yourself in this playful class. Open to all levels and abilities. Bring a towel, you will need it.
