  • The 1:1 reformer Pilates session with Sara was amazing! I was a bit nervous to try a reformer Pilates class because I’d never done one before but Sara at ALGN was fantastic. She eased my nerves quite quickly and explained how to use the machine and gave some demonstrations. The class itself was challenging and fun with Sara’s great instructions and cues guiding me throughout. I really liked how Sara pushed me, corrected my form to help me target areas better, and how her encouragement made me feel confident in the different moves on the machine. This was such a good and fun class and I highly recommend it to anyone that’s considering it!

  • Doing a private reformer session with Sara gives you the exact kind of empowering challenge that makes working out so rewarding! These sessions put the ‘work’ in workout, but Sara’s infectious energy keeps you motivated the entire time and the session absolutely flies by. She delivers her cues in such a calm and focused manner, giving you natural direction to begin the move, but then keeps you going as your hype girl and cheerleader so you barely notice your muscles shaking! While it can be a bit daunting, I found reformer pilates to be the perfect balance of mobility and strength, and it allows you to really focus on controlling your body. Her cues show you what part of the muscle you’re working, and gives you a deeper sense of mind-muscle connection and overall body awareness when you leave the studio. I couldn’t recommend her enough!
